What is Access Meditation?

Access Meditation is a modern meditation program that is the product of over a decade of research and development. It is designed to make the profound benefits of meditation and breathwork as accessible and impactful as possible. Access Meditation doesn’t require any special garb, lifestyle, or belief system. It also doesn’t require any special skill or ability to focus. The methodology used in this system is extremely "user-friendly". Access Meditation de-excites the mind and settles the body into a state of deep rest and relaxation automatically and spontaneously without any effort, focus or concentration, or attempting to control the mind or suppress thoughts. Access Meditation is a system that consists of two separate techniques: a breathing technique called Access Calm and a mental technique called Access Stillness.

How Does It Work?

What makes this system truly unique is the way it leverages the mind-body connection in two directions through a powerful sequence that produces remarkable results... Relief from anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Increased mental clarity, creativity, and productivity and athletic performance. Improved overall health and well-being. This system takes both a “bottom-up” approach (body influencing the mind) through the breathing technique and a “top-down” approach (mind influencing the body) through the mental technique. The result is effortlessly settling your mind into a de-excited state while your body automatically and spontaneously enters into a deep state of rest and relaxation.
